Video: Man Robbed & Shot While Pumping Gas In North Miami

NORTH MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Police are hoping the community can help identify the young man seen on video involved in an armed robbery.
It happened August 18th at the Caraf Gas Station at 13705 N.W. 7th Avenue, around midnight.
Surveillance cameras from the gas station showed the suspect loitering in front of the store for a while until he approached a man pumping gas.
The suspect then pulls a gun on the man and demands his belongings, according to North Miami Police.
"As the victim backed away, the suspect aggressively ran after the victim, grabbed him, and forced him onto the ground. The suspect stole the victim's cell phone and watch and fled the scene on foot," police said in a statement.
The victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury.
