American Heritage Holds Off Northwestern's Rally, Patriots Win 34-32

After leading 27-6 at halftime, American Heritage needed a late touchdown and a big defensive stand on a two-point conversion to hold off host Northwestern Friday night to come away with a 34-32 win at Traz Powell Stadium.
