Miccosukee Tribe Celebrates American Indian Day

Miccosukee Resort & Gaming invites you to come celebrate with us during the Miccosukee Tribe Celebrates American Indian Day Event on September 24th, 2016.

The Miccosukee Tribe Celebrates American Indian Day 2016 Event will be a FREE -all day- event for everyone!

It's time for South Florida to gather and celebrate the American Indian Day holiday together at Miccosukee Resort & Gaming. The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida would like to invite everyone to be a part of a day full of fun, adventure and entertainment.

From the hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM the event site will open its doors FREE to the public. Come and enjoy FREE exhilarating Airboat rides, FREE Alligator Wrestling Shows, FREE Carnival rides and Water Slides for the kids (Please remember to bring a change of clothes for the kids) plus an amazing selection of handmade Native American Arts and Crafts from Native American vendors.

Entertainment Schedule
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Carnival Rides
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Alligator Wrestling Shows by Billy Walker (every hour on the hour)
11:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Opening Reception
11:30 AM – 12:20 PM: Jason Cook
12:50 PM – 1:20 PM: David Tiger
1:50 PM – 2:40 PM: Jason Cook
3:10 PM – 4:00 PM: Miccosukee Fashion Show
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: David Tiger

In addition, there will be a mouthwatering food selection from our food and beverage vendors throughout the entire day.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: There will be NO Pets, NO Firearms, NO Coolers, NO Chairs and NO outside Beverages allowed inside the festival grounds.
