Man Charged In Deadly Road Rage Shooting

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A southwest Miami-Dade man has been arrested for reportedly killing a man last month during an apparent road rage incident.
On August 28th, Andres Diaz got into a "traffic dispute" with 43-year old Ricky Enrique Iglesias, who was riding an ATV, at SW 197 Avenue & SW 192 Street, according to police.
At one point Diaz, 57, is accused of pulling a gun and fatally shooting Iglesias.
After the shooting, Diaz waited for the police and was interviewed by detectives.
On Tuesday he was taken into custody and formally charged with second degree murder.
