TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/AP) — A two time winner of Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen" was arrested in Palm Beach County for allegedly failing to pay sales tax while he was the owner of a Tallahassee restaurant.

Brian Cartenuto, who lives in Coconut Creek, released from Palm Beach County jail after posting bond.

Cartenuto, 35, reportedly didn't pay nearly $22,000 in sales tax owed to the state for a five-month period in 2014-15. The Tucker Duke's Lunchbox restaurant closed in February 2015 after a kitchen fire. The restaurant was in business for just six months.

Cartenuto was arrested on similar charges in September 2015 in Okaloosa County.
