FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – A Facebook live video titled, "They said Moochie hidin in this hotel," is just the latest in the social media frenzy over Dayonte Resiles' escape from the Broward County courthouse on Friday.

Risiles, whose nickname is Moochie, was not at a Ft. Lauderdale motel. The manager said someone called in a tip so deputies had to check it out.

Meanwhile the hashtag #runmoochierun has gained attention, as people jokingly refer to him as El Moochie after the legendary drug lord El Chapo.

While it's not a joking matter, some are calling it proof of a system failure.

"I think this is not only a scary tragic thing, a potentially tragic thing that's happened here," says Attorney and courthouse blogger Bill Gelin. "But it's very embarrassing for the court system essentially a bunch of teenagers humiliated the entire system."

The teenagers he speaks of include 17-year-old twin brothers, TreVon and Kretron Barnes. They were arrested over the weekend, accused of helping Resiles with his escape plan.

18-year-old LaQuay Stern was brought up on charges too, along with another man.

Investigators have a lot of questions to answer about Risiles access to the outside.

One Twitter user claimed to have talked to him via Facebook while he was in jail.

And then there's the question of how he obtained a key to unlock his handcuffs.
