FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) -- After confirming that fugitive murder suspect Dayonte Resiles was not working alone in his pre-planned escape from the Broward County Courthouse, four of his alleged accomplices have been arrested.

Winston George Russell, Jr., 22, and Laquay Dionta Stern, 18, were picked up by police at a home in Deerfield Beach on Saturday, July 16th, a day after Resiles' escape.

Police said the planned escape between them and Resiles was discovered upon investigation, including help from two other suspects, twin 17-year-old brothers, who have also been arrested.

Detectives were able to monitor inmate phone calls from the jail and visitor activity between Resiles and the suspected accomplices that established the well-coordinated escape plan, according to a police report.

After Resiles was able to free himself from his handcuffs and ankle shackles, during a hearing Friday morning where prosecutors intended to seek the death penalty at his trial, he was able to shed his jailhouse clothes and change into a white t-shirt and black shorts before fleeing a north side exit of the building.

Stern told police she provided a bag with the change of clothes and also provided a car that would be waiting for Resiles once he got outside. She noted that Russell also had a bag that included a police uniform, vest and gun belt.

Stern said she then drove the three other suspects to the courthouse to implement the plan.

"Once there, the twin brothers were tasked with waiting in the courtroom to signal Resiles when the getaway vehicle was ready," officers wrote in an arrest report. "The twin brothers used a cellphone to communicate with Stern and Russell and coughed into the phone once Resiles began his escape."

Stern and Russell were then waiting at a location on the north side of the courthouse, just south of the New River Canal, and picked Resiles up, police said.

They drove away and later dropped Resiles off at an apartment complex.

The escape set off a multi-agency search effort and three days later, authorities have yet to apprehend Resiles, who was charged with the murder of Jill Halliburton Su in her Davie home in 2014.

Stern and Russell now face charges of escape and accessory after the fact to 1st degree murder. The two juveniles face a charge of accessory after the fact to 1st degree murder.

There is a $20,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Dayonte Resiles. He's considered armed and dangerous.
