Clinton Campaign Headquarters Opens In Wynwood

WYNWOOD (CBSMiami) -- Hillary for America opened its South Florida campaign headquarters in Wynwood.
Supporters and local leaders came together Saturday morning, July 9th, for the opening of the presumptive Democratic nominee's headquarters.
The event included some star power from former Miami Heat and University of Miami player James Jones.
"Her entire life, she's dedicated to helping those before and after her," said Jones. "And when I think about what's important today, it's having a candidate that truly understands what it is and what it means to be diverse."
Clinton's campaign manager explained that the Wynwood area was chosen as the headquarters location because of its ability to draw in a diverse crowd.
The office will serve as a hub for volunteers.
