Hannah Ferguson On Cover Of "Ocean Drive" Swim Issue

MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) - A picture perfect day at Delano South Beach, both behind and in front of the camera as CBS4 gets the exclusive with Ocean Drive Magazine as it shoots this month's swim issue featuring model Hannah Ferguson as the cover girl.

"We chose Hannah Ferguson to be on cover of our summer swim issue, she's gorgeous, she's a hot model, she's been on Sports Illustrated and I think she epitomizes everything Miami," said the magazine's Editor In Chief Jared Shapiro.

The playful 24-year old has traveled the world shooting swim suits for Sports Illustrated magazine, this is her first Ocean Drive cover.

"How exciting is this for you to be on cover of Ocean Drive magazine," asked CBS4's Lisa Petrillo.

"It's super exciting. Ocean Drive is a great magazine and to get the cover, it's an honor to be a part of it. I didn't expect it. I got a text that read 'You're shooting for Ocean Drive' and I said 'awesome!'," Hannah said.

Veteran fashion photographer Randall Slavin has worked with some of the biggest models in the business and says it's girls like Hannah that make his job easy.

"Working with someone like Hannah is easy because you point and let her go because she's Hannah Ferguson. My job is easiest job in the world," Slavin said.

In addition to the cover, Hannah graces the pages of the magazine with this summer's trendiest looks. For Hannah, shooting on South Beach is literally a breath of fresh air.

"I love being on beach and being in the sun and being outside. I'm from Texas, so I like being outdoors," she said.
