FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - Two glass doors were among the evidence collected from a Deerfield Beach home where a deadly shooting occurred Monday evening.

The Broward Sheriff's Office said around 6:30 p.m. they received calls about a shooting at 4160 NW 6th Street.

Inside the home at that address was the body of a man who had been shot to death.  That man has been identified as 25-year-old Josue Louissaint.  A second man in the home, Danny Vu, 21, was identified as the shooter.

Vu lives in the house with his parents but they were not home at the time of  the shooting.

Deputies and police officers saturated the quiet neighborhood.  A woman, who had been with Louissaint, was found and interviewed by detectives.

"It's quite unusual. This is a quiet neighborhood," said Jerry O'Leary lives in the area. "A lot of young kids, people use this park over here quiet a bit. It was very unusual"

Tuesday morning the couple who live in the home with their son were seen leaving a car, they kept mum about the events of the evening before.

"Right now we don't know what happened, what led to this man's death," said a sheriff's spokeswoman.

Initially, the sheriff's office said the shooting was related to some sort of home burglary, but then distanced themselves from that until they were further along in their investigation.
