Burlington Coat Factory Theft Caught On Camera

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A flip flop wearing thief had a field day at the Burlington Coat Factory in Hallandale Beach where he stole nearly $800 in merchandise.
The theft, however, was caught on camera and police have released the video in hopes that someone recognizes the guy and gives them a call.
It happened March 31st, around 6 p.m.
The store's surveillance cameras captured him coming in and picking up a rolling shopping basket while talking on the phone.
He then spent his time carefully picking out items and throwing them in the basket.
In the end, he used an emergency exit in a clothing section to make his escape. Police say there was a white Ford F-150 pick up truck waiting for him.
