The Honey Shine Mentoring Program was founded in 2002 by Tracy Wilson Mourning.

It is dedicated to enriching the lives of young women, and does so by focusing on character development and positive self images.

We focus on all the program has to offer, how it is making an impact, and plans now underway to take the South Florida-based program national.
