FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami/AP) — The search continues for the body of a Ft. Lauderdale woman who was swept off a rock while vacationing in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Savannah Rey Finn, 22, was with her boyfriend and two friends in Peterborg Point when it happened.

Finn was seen face down in the water late Friday and appeared to be lifeless, according to authorities who could not rescue her because of high surf and rough waters.

Police said her boyfriend also was swept off the point but was able to climb back on the rock and was rescued.
