Woman Hospitalized After Car Plows Into House

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Police are investigating what caused a driver to crash into a house in Miami.

It happened Sunday near N.W. 15th Street and N.W. 29th Court.

The car plowed right into a corner of the home. In the yard, camera crews captured a woman lying in the grass. Several people stood around trying to help as paramedics arrived.

Miami Fire Rescue said she was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital but they have not released details on her condition.

Authorities are trying to determine what caused the driver to lose control.
