GAINESVILLE (CBSMiami) -- It looks like Florida hasn't been left out in the cold after reports of snow fell in the northern part of the state amid a historic winter storm in the northeast.
Gainesville and Jacksonville temperatures dipped just low enough for small flurries Saturday morning, as reported by CBS4 news partner The Miami Herald.
Surprised residents took to social media for proof.
