MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The ink is barely dry on the Miami Dolphins 2015 season but the focus has quickly shifted to the future of the team.

On Monday the Dolphins introduced Chris Grier as their new general manager, replacing the recently fired Dennis Hickey.

Miami also interviewed head coach candidate Mike Smith on Monday and have plans to meet with several others throughout the week.

There are going to be a lot of changes coming to the team, and several others, before it can even think about 2016, but that didn't stop the league from announcing all the home-and-away opponents for next season.

The Dolphins NFC rotation will have them facing the NFC West, which features the Cardinals, 49ers, Seahawks and Rams.

Of Miami's 13 different opponents (they play each AFC East team twice), only five are in this years playoffs.

Here are the eight teams that the Dolphins will play home games against at the newly renovated Sun Life Stadium: Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Tennessee Titans, Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers.

As for the road schedule: Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, San Diego (or Los Angeles) Chargers, St. Louis (or Los Angeles) Rams and Seattle Seahawks.

The dates and times of each game will be released by the NFL sometime during the spring, usually shortly before the NFL Draft.

Just like last year, the 2016 NFL Draft will take place in Chicago at the Auditorium Theatre.

The first round will be on April 28th, the second and third rounds will take place on April 29th and the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh rounds will come on April 30th.
