PEMBROKE PINES (CBSMiami) - The victims of a Pembroke Pines peeping tom/prowler, who has been involved in several incidents in the eastern part of the city, are speaking out.

On Tuesday, Pembroke Pines police released several photos of the reported creeper.

The man, who is approximately 5'9" with a medium build and has salt and pepper trimmed facial hair, has disturbing allegations against him.

"While he is at the bedroom window looking inside, while they are changing clothes or getting dressed he is also masturbating at the same time," explained Pembroke Pines Police Capt. Al Xiques.

And there is more.

The man has been seen loading up a slingshot to shatter victims' windows.

Police said he has struck 25 times in the last two years.

The accused peeper apparently scouts locations in the day light and it's always the same M.O. He preys on women with caramel or mocha skin complexion that have long dark hair.

The victims are speaking up in hopes he is caught.

"I looked outside and saw him pleasuring himself. I called the cops," said one victim, who CBS4 is not identifying to protect her. "I thought the blinds were enough and then he attacked me again a month later."

"I plan on using a weapon if this perpetrator comes into my home, absolutely," another victim said.

The man has reportedly spied on women in the communities of Windmill Lakes, Heron Pond and Gatehouse, and also the Sunswept neighborhood.

"We believe that it is possible that, if not likely, he lives in the area or the community and someone has to know who this individual is," Xiques said.

Anyone with information on who the man is urged to call the police or contact Crime Stoppers at (954) 493-TIPS.
