LAKE WORTH (CBSMiami) – Surveillance cameras at a nearby business captured video as a plane went down into a Lake Worth trailer park Tuesday.

Seconds after the plane descended, there was an explosion and a fireball.

"We saw flames coming out the windows," said a witness.

The plane landed on Domingo Galicia's home.

Galicia said he was home with his 21-year-old daughter Banny who had decided not to go to school Tuesday.

While she was lying down in her room, he went outside. Then he heard the plane.

"I heard the motor sounded really bad and then it came "boom" and it fell on top of the house," he said.

He said he ran to the house to rescue his daughter.

"The door exploded open and I was screaming, "Banny, Banny, Banny."

He said the flames and smoke pushed him back and he never heard a sound from his daughter.

"I went outside and I couldn't do anything else," he said.

Galicia said firefighters told him they are bringing in equipment from Miami to remove the plane and look for his daughter.

"That breaks my heart," he said in tears.

And it breaks the hearts of many in the neighborhood who knew the young woman – now missing in such a bizarre turn of events where a plane fell from the sky and caused such destruction

Galicia said his daughter attended Palm Beach State College and was studying business. She also worked for a marble company.

The Federal Aviation Administration is currently investigating the crash.

The National Transportation Safety Administration told CBS4 they will have investigators on scene first thing Wednesday morning to begin figuring out why this happened.
