MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Season 27 of "The Amazing Race" features 11 teams that left from Venice Beach in California on a trek around the work. One of those teams consists of two paparazzi from South Florida.

CBS4'S Lisa Petrillo met up with Logan Fazio and Chris Gordon while they were stalking the stars on South Beach.

They have an eye out for celebs and for each other.

Logan and Chris are also dating and the team representing South Florida on this season's "The Amazing Race."

"What made you guys decide to get on 'Amazing Race?'" asked Petrillo.

"I think the idea of traveling and winning a million dollars. And traveling is something any one would go for. But, putting our love life or relationship on TV was scary, but it was worth it," Logan said.

Chris added, "We were big fan of show and we were watching it and I guess like other people we were like wow we could do that!"

Logan is well known as the "Pin-Up Paparazzi." She struts South Beach in a bikini while taking pictures of the stars – an element she used in her application video.

"I just happened to have some footage of myself. Nice footage. I was like, 'Let me send this in,'" she said. "I got a call back and they said, 'You need to be make real video,' so I had to include my partner!"

Next thing they knew, they were on their way to an adventure of a life time.

"It's traveling on turbo-super steroids, no one would travel like that. It's nonstop. We're exhausted, sleep deprived, hungry, sleeping on airports, sleeping on buses and trains. It's crazy," said Chris.

Logan and Chris said their chemistry, and the chemistry of all the couples working together, will make for an exciting season.

CBS4's Lisa Petrillo asked if they were still together romantically.

"That's actually funny, because we definitely have a crazy relationship and people look at us like why are these people even together? So that's a cringe worthy moment we actually don't want to watch. But we're still together, still working on it," she said.

"Yes, we are," agreed Chris.

"The Amazing Race" is on Friday nights at 8 p.m. on CBS.
