Steve Young: Miami Dolphins a Top 5 Defense This Season

The Miami Dolphins bandwagon is on the cusp of overflowing as the opener at Washington nears, with both national and local media alike applauding the franchise's offseason.
Count legendary quarterback Steve Young among those who are vehemently sipping the Dolphins' Kool-Aid after naming Kirk Cousins as having the worst matchup for a quarterback in Week 1.
"I think the Miami Dolphins might be close this year [to being the league's top defense]," Steve Young said on NFL Live on Thursday. "I expect them to be even better than they were last year.
"So Miami travels to Washington, Kirk Cousins gets the start, gets the nod, and gets all the pressure that comes with it in Washington facing what I believe will end being one of the Top 5 defenses in the league -- the Miami Dolphins -- on opening day trying to prove that point. Trying to prove that they're gonna be close or near or even better than the Patriots. I don't like that matchup."
