MIAMI (CBSMiami) - An arrest has been made in the murder of a former University of South Florida football player in Tampa.
Randolph Graham is charged with second degree murder with a weapon and attempted second degree murder in the early Sunday morning attack in Ybor City which killed Miami native Elkino Watson and injured a second man.
Graham turned himself in to police Wednesday night.
"We're glad that the law enforcement was doing their job, we stayed out of their way as a family, it's been a tough situation," said Waton's father Larry Williams. "Am I forgiving what he did? No, I don't forgive him for what he did but could it have been rectified another way absolutely."
Watson was a graduate of Miami's Booker T Washington High School.
