MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Miami -Dade Police have made a second arrest in connection to a police involved shooting that happened last month.
Howard Arom Morraz, 24, appeared in bond court Thursday, facing charges for possession of a firearm, probation violation and grand theft.
The judge decided he should be held on no bond.
Police said his brother, Marvin Arroliga, 21, confronted police on August 25th and began shooting at the investigators who were following up on a shooting investigation that had led them to an apartment complex at 13200 block and NE 7 Avenue.
The officers shot back in response, injuring Arroliga who later died from his injuries.
Investigators said Arroliga was wanted for a recent shooting.
