Investigators said Leyva, nicknamed "El Bizco" or lazy-eye, is homeless but is known to be in the east Hialeah industrial area and Miami's Allapattah neighborhood where he usually finds work at auto body repair shops.

Police said he is known to use his outgoing personality to manipulate shop owners into providing temporary shelter while he is working at their business.

Leyva, according to investigators, is also known to frequent Hialeah's eastern corridor and Allapattah.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Miami-Dade Crimestoppers at (305) 471-TIPS.
