Coral Gables PD Ask For Help Locating Mentally Handicapped Man

CORAL GABLES (CBSMiami) – Police are asking for the community's help in locating a mentally handicap man who went missing Saturday night.

Coral Gables Police said 24-year-old Berry Enderson Symeus was last seen at around 11:30 p.m. Saturday night attending Tabernacle of Glory at the Bank United Center with his family.

He was wearing a white T-shirt with orange and black letters that said "Tabernacle of Glory" at the time he went missing.

The 24-year-old is 5'05", 250 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair, unshaven with a mustache. Authorities also said he is mentally handicapped and diabetic.

Symeus is bilingual in English and Creole, but speaks more fluently in Creole.

Anyone who has seen Symeus or has information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact the Coral Gables Police Department at 305-442-1600.
