Fmr. NHL Player Arrested In Miami Beach

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A former professional hockey player is in trouble with the law, accused of battery against his wife.
David Ling, 40, is a former National Hockey League player with the Montreal Canadiens.
Miami Beach Police arrested him on Tuesday in the early morning hours.
He is charged with battery (domestic violence) and third degree grand theft.
His bond is set at $2,000.
