Simple Text Could Give Hackers Control Of Android Phones

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Researchers say Android phones can now be hacked with a simple text.

The problem stems from the way android phones analyze incoming text messages.

Even before someone opens a message, the phone automatically processes incoming media files – including pictures, audio or video.

Google says it has acknowledged the flaw and assures that Android has ways of limiting a hacker's access.
