MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A Miami-Dade bond court judge has a knack for recognizing defendants – this time it was a passenger who recently partied on the same cruise ship as her.

"He was picked up at the cruise," said Judge Mindy Glazer. "What were you on, the Breeze?"

"Yeah!" said the defendant, Alon Glenn.

"Me too! Isn't that cool?" responded Glazer.

Glenn hoped Glazer got a glimpse of his dance moves.

"You didn't see me dancing? I was the one dancing!" said Glenn.

"You were the one dancing? I was upstairs in the shade," said Glazer. "It was a fun time, huh?"

But Glenn's moves couldn't help him dance his way out of this one. He was arrested on a fraud warrant out of Georgia.

You may remember Glazer, who made headlines in June when she recognized another suspect.

The defendant, Arthur Booth, turned out to be her former middle school classmate.

Booth broke down in tears after Glazer recalled him being "the nicest kid in middle school."
