Popular Strollers & Seats Recalled Due To Choking Hazard

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A popular baby stroller and baby seat are being recalled following reports of children biting off a piece of the bumper bar foam.
About 79,000 UPPAbaby Cruz, Vista strollers and the RumbleSeat, all from 2015, have been recalled in the U.S. and Canada after the company received 22 reports of children biting off the foam. No injuries have been reported, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Consumers are asked to immediately remove and stop using the bumper bar on the strollers and seats.
UPPAbaby strollers and RumbleSeat are sold at BuyBuy Baby and other retailers nationwide and online at Amazon.com from December 2014 through July 2015. The Cruz retails at $500, the Vista $860 and $170 for the RumbleSeat.
