DEERFIELD BEACH (CBSMiami) – Police are looking to identify two men who were caught on camera scoping out a home in Deerfield Beach.

The two males were captured on surveillance staking out a home in the Deer Creek neighborhood on June 29.

The first male, around 8:46 PM, is seen ringing the doorbell. He seemingly waits for someone to answer, when nobody responds, he walks away. Three minutes later a second suspect approached the home, rang the doorbell, knocked and looked into the home through the glass doors. He also waited a short time and then left.

Together, according to Broward Sheriff's Office, the males went around the back of the home and attempted to get in by breaking the glass doors. Despite three different attempts, the young men weren't able to break any of the impact resistant glass doors.

Witnesses, police said, saw two young males in a neighbor's yard. When confronted, they left the neighborhood in a PT Cruiser by a third unidentified male.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at (954) 493-TIPS or online at www.browardcrimestoppers.org. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $3,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
