WQAM Launches 'Strikers Extra Time,' Hosted by Orlando Alzugaray

The Fort Lauderdale Strikers and 560 WQAM are launching a new radio show called "Strikers Extra Time."

Orlando Alzugaray, host of the "Big O Show" on WQAM and the Strikers Public Address announcer, will host the show four times a week from 8 - 8:15 p.m. ET. On weeks in which the Strikers play a midweek match, the show will run on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. It will otherwise run on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.

Tonight's debut show will feature Sun Sentinel soccer writer Dave Brousseau.

The show will include an in-depth look at the Strikers, as well as news and information from around the North American Soccer League.
