MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Heat landed what experts feel is a steal with the number 10 pick in the NBA draft – Duke forward Justise Winslow.

He is a ferocious player the Heat front office has fallen in love with.

"The versatility, being able to play multiple positions, being a Swiss army knife – it's no secret I like players like that," said Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra.

"He has that 'it' quality, that intrinsic motivation, that desire, that grit to go and do whatever he has to do to win," said Heat president Pat Riley.

Duke Head Coach Mike Krzyzewski recently compared Winslow to none other than Dwyane Wade. Both players played well above the rim coming out of college.

"He's a great player. He's a player I looked up to being a kid. When he won that first title I was still in middle school – or not even middle school. I'm just a young kid and he's experienced a lot so just to have a chance to hopefully get him back and team up with him and learn from him – that would be a great experience," said Winsow.

Aside from his skills on the court, Winslow's fashion sense makes him a perfect fit for the South Florida lifestyle.

"I had the pleasure of working with GQ on draft night. Working with Suit Supply, they keep me looking fresh, looking stylish all the time," he said.

What about that hair-do?

"It's all natural. It's something that has become my trade mark you could say to help everyone kind of recognize me," said Winslow.
