MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A man facing several molestation charges had an outburst in the courtroom Wednesday and it was all directed at a bond court judge.

Israel Muscadin, 35, was not happy to learn he that he won't be getting out of jail.

"Your honor, all this stuff was made up," said Muscadin.

Muscadin is accused of molesting a girl, over 12 years of age, a 9-year-old and a third alleged victim who has come forward—all though no charges have been filed in the third case.

"At least 13 years ago you were allegedly molesting a woman and a young girl in your family who is now an adult," Judge John Hurley said in court Wednesday. "Now you are allegedly molesting two young girls who are in your family."

Judge Hurley added, "The court thinks this is not an isolated incident, this is ongoing criminal activity. You represent a danger to both the young girls, and perhaps the adult also, because she is a witness and the two young girls are witnesses to your behavior," said Hurley.

Muscadin attempted to interrupt the judge again, repeating that the allegations were "made up."

He is facing two charges of lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim 12-16 years of age of an offender 18 years or age or older.

The judge set bond at $1 million for the first charge and no bond for the second.

Muscadin was taken back to jail.

Muscadin said he's refusing help from public defenders and is hiring a private attorney.
