HOLLYWOOD (CBSMiami) -- An accused rapist lost it in court while being offered a plea deal of 15 years in prison on Thursday.

"What evidence do they have? They don't know. What evidence do you have? What evidence they have," said Jayvon Woolfork.

Prosecutor Maria Schneider pointed out key evidence was recorded on cell phone video.

The allegation is that two teen aged boys and two teen aged girls beat and taunted a Hollywood girl. Investigators said they helped Woolfork who raped the victim.  The other four have already taken plea deals.

"Ms. Schneider said you gave a statement admitting that you had intercourse," said the judge in court.

Woolfork cut off the judge saying, "That don't mean [expletive]. Where's the evidence?"

"She said she was raped," said the judge.

"[Expletive] all that," said Woolfork.

Schneider responded, "I have a couple of audio and video tapes  that show that she was being beaten profusely while being told she needs to perform sexual acts on him."

Woolfork responded, "No! Where is the fact that she said she was held down and raped, where the [expletive] is the  evidence at.  You still avoiding that question."

Schneider responded, "Judge, we're clearly going to trial."

Woolfork's attorney was stunned by the outburst.

"I'm thinking it's frustration of being in jail so long, November of 2013 and the other four co-defendants resolving their cases," said his attorney.

Schneider argued that it showed his character.

"I think we saw, of this young man, what he thinks of the system, what kind of respect he has for others," said Schneider.

When asked if he would take the plea, Woolfork responded "I don't know.  Let me think about it. Don't tell me to calm down."

The judge responded saying, "I take it Mr. Woolfork you're not interested in Ms Schneider's offer so I don't need to have a status conference?"

Woolfork responded, "I don't know. I'll think about it.  I'll think about it."

When leaving the court room Woolfork made one final rude comment to the prosecutor. He made a hand gesture and told Schneider, "[expletive] you."
