MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A 20-year-old woman is being held without bond, accused of luring an underage girl to a motel for the purposes of prostitution.

Lily Noelle Karolyi is facing several charges including human trafficking, child neglect and more.

The victim, a 14-year-old girl, told police that she had run away from home on May 27. The victim said she was taken to a motel in Hialeah by "unknown males," according to the police report, where she was introduced to Karolyi the next day by a 16-year-old "witness" who was with Karolyi's 8-month-old son.

The victim told police that when she met Karolyi, she told her she needed a place to stay. Karolyi, according to the report, allowed her to stay but told her she had to make money because she had an 8-month-old, and the 16-year-old "witness," to care for. She told the victim her baby's father is incarcerated.

According to the report, the "witness" told the victim that Karolyi makes money through prostitution.

Karolyi reportedly took the victim to buy clothes and took photos of her and told her to "wait for a call" which she received from an unknown male.

The victim told police that the man tried to force himself on her, that's when Karolyi intervened and forced the man to leave the room.

The victim also met another woman, 30-year-old Latasha Hunt, according to the report, who put a wig on the victim to "make her look older."

Karolyi and Hunt reportedly had the victim pose for photos to be posted under the name "Cookie."

The victim told police that as a result she "engaged in sexual intercourse with several unknown" males.

During the investigation, according to the report, Karolyi's 8-month-old was found in a room with "small amounts of suspected marijuana," and drug paraphernalia and used condoms.

According to police the 16-year-old "witness" would babysit the infant while she and the victim engaged in sexual activity.

The victim told police that Karolyi charged the males, and that she made over $600, but that she never received any money.

Karolyi refused to provide a statement to police but her phone "provided evidence to support the posting of the victim on the internet under the name "Cookie," according to the report.

Hunt told police she was around when Karolyi forced a man to leave and that she also placed the wig on the victim's head. She also reportedly told police that she knew the girl was a minor and knew about the internet posting.

Hunt is being held on $5,000 bond.

DCF took custody of Karolyi's son and the 16-year-old "witness" was returned to his foster home.
