78-year-old Francine Berry says she is embarrassed to live in her own home. For her and her family, it started out as a blessing, a way to preserve "for history" their beloved landmark Coral Gables home. Thousands of dollars of taxpayer dollars were used to renovate it. But somehow it started rotting on the outside, and became a danger to live in. They had just about given up getting help...And then CBS4 Chief Investigator Michele Gillen began digging for solutions.
