La Canfora: Dolphins 'Closed the Gap a Little' on Patriots
After all the splashy moves the Miami Dolphins made in the offseason, have they finally closed the gap on the Super Bowl-champion Patriots?
"A little bit," according to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora on 560 WQAM.
"I think they've closed the gap a little bit on the Patriots," La Canfora said on the Marc Hochman Show with Zach Krantz, "but I think that gap is so long and it's been so historically big and I also think it's mental. I think there's a mental component to this in finally getting over that mountain and sort of dethroning that bully that it's going to take more than one offseason no matter what."
