Police: One Dead In NW Dade Shooting

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade Police responded to the scene of a deadly shooting Monday night.
It happened near NW 17 Ave. and NW 79 St.
Police say one person was killed and multiple others were shot.
Witnesses told CBS4's Lauren Pastrana they heard the gunshots.

The witnesses said they saw a shooter get out of a car, open fire, then get back in the car and speed away.
Police have not confirmed that information at this time.
Detectives were gathering details, but have yet to release specifics on the number of people hurt, their ages or conditions or whether any arrests have been made.
