FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - A Hollywood mother accused of killing her three year old stepson has had her bond reduced.

During a hearing for Analiz Osceola on Wednesday, the state informed the court that the child neglect charged filed against her was being dropped.

The judge then lowered Osceola's bond from $230,000 to $210,000.

Osceola is charged with aggravated manslaughter and providing false information to law enforcement in the beating death of her stepson, Ahziya, in their home in March.

The boy was found wrapped in garbage bags and stuffed in a box in the laundry room.

"Two additional plastic bags of clothing were shoved into the opening of the box to further conceal the body," according to a search warrant.

The medical examiner reported that the little boy suffered terrible injuries, finding bruises all over his body, gouge marks on his neck and that blunt impact abdominal trauma killed him.

Investigators said Analiz Osceola performed CPR on the boy on the morning he died and left him in bed even though she knew he was deceased. Detectives said after people in the home left for work, she hid the boy's body.

Osceola, who is pregnant, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Nelson Osceola – Ahziya's father and Analiz's husband – is charged with child neglect in the case. He is out of jail on bond.
