MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Venezuelan soap star Fernando Carrillo kissed his way across the Miami-Dade Metro courthouse, planting kisses on the cheeks of women he saw.

He was there fighting old charges after he was arrested back in November, accused of battery for doing what he's known for, kissing women.

On screen, he's known for his lip locks. In this case, he's accused of kissing a female security guard at an Aventura condo building.  She said he planted a full on kiss on the lips, even grabbing her head. She said he told her he had to because she had a great behind. She claims she fought him off.

He said it's not true, even demonstrating on a CBS4 producer outside the courtroom.

"They want to say lies, like I kissed you on the cheek," he said while kissing the producer on the cheek. "And now you're going to say I kissed you on the lips? That's very frivolous. I would never kiss a woman on the lips without consent," he said.

Carrillo was back in court. He was asking a judge to reverse a plea deal he accepted months ago that gave him 40 days house arrest and a year probation. He argued the judge did not warn him accepting the plea could mean he would be deported.

The judge admitted he did not warn him but denied his initial request to take the case to trial.

"I feel sad that the judge is not giving me a fair trial," he said. "He doesn't like me and I have to say I really don't like him either. "

In the courtroom, supporters wore shirts saying "besame mucho" in English -- "Kiss me alot."

Before leaving the courthouse there was a goodbye kiss.

"Thank you," he told our producer while kissing her on the cheek. "Dios que bendiga mi amor!" That translates to "God bless you my love."

Carrillo will be back in court in May for one last shot to try to convince the judge to reverse that plea agreement and hold off a possible deportation.

CBS4 News spoke to the woman making the accusations. She said she did not know he changed his mind about the plea. She stands by her allegations.
