Maria Uribe, who lives nearby, said she saw an ambulance take two people.

"I was just holding my baby here so I freaked out. I just locked the door and went inside my room," Uribe said. "I don't feel safe anymore. This has never happened around here."

Alex Hernandez heard the commotion.

"I heard about six consistent shots," said Hernandez. "I got down from the roof and I heard another four shots. Me and my coworkers come out and we saw a guy come out with a gun in his hand. It looked like he was shot in the shoulder and another guy stumbling behind him was shot in the stomach and he fell toward the floor.
