Man Found Shot Multiple Times In Car

MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) - A man was found dead inside a car near Sun Life Stadium early Thursday morning.
Around 4 am, police responded to a call about shots fired at NW 199th Street and NW 27th Avenue.
Miami Gardens Police said a man was found dead in the passenger side of the vehicle, a Saturn. He was shot multiple times.
A man at the scene, who police say was the driver of the car, was handcuffed at the scene and taken in for questioning.
A second shot up car was abandoned about a block away.

Detectives believe the shooting was sparked by an altercation earlier in the night at Mint Gentlemen's Club.
"There was an altercation between the deceased male and at some point in time. We don't know if the altercation was physical or verbal--but there was an altercation," said Detective Michael Wright with the Miami Gardens Police Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
