According to his arrest report, the man, who was 17-years old at the time, "created multiple fictitious online accounts" to stalk his victim which was 12-years old at the time including using a texting app called KIK messenger.

The report states he used the accounts to threaten the Hollywood child including claiming the child was in danger. It also says he threatened to sexually assault him.

Those threats were made repeatedly for almost a year, March 2014 to January 2015, according to the report.

Police said the repeated threats caused the child emotional stress, even causing him to be afraid of falling asleep at night.

Once police were contacted, they were able to track down the man, who they identified as the child's camp counselor for the past two summers.  The alleged stalker worked at a summer camp located at CB Smith Park in Davie, according to police.

Investigators were later able to interview the alleged stalker who police said admitted to creating a fake profile on KIK in order to speak to the child, according to the report. Investigators also said he admitted to sending the child threatening messages.

When asked why, he said he was "just bored," the report states.

Police said the alleged stalker told them he had "no intentions of meeting the victim or doing any sort of harm to him but just wanted to scare him."

Classmates at Western High where he's a senior are stunned to hear about the news of his arrest.

Michael Medar said he's known the alleged stalker since they were little. He said his friend told him about police confiscating his electronic devices from his home.

"He said SWAT came to his home and took everything. I thought his mother had taken it from him," said Medar.

When police searched his computer, according to the report, they found numerous searches of the victim's name and that he was following the child on Instagram.

Police also released communications they say are between the child and alleged stalker .

In one of the messages, the alleged stalker says in part, "You were right to fear for your life. Have you ever been raped before?" He then goes on to say, in part, "The devil has plans for you; It looks dim and full of sickness, consuming your body. Make amends to free your heart, and soul ; for soon there will be no going back."

Investigators said they found computer searches that caused concern like stalking for beginners, how to ruin someone's life, pedophiles guide, and brink of a psychotic breakdown.

The report also states he searched for the child's home address using Google Maps.

According to his arrest report, the parents of the victim will prosecute the alleged stalker.

Pembroke Pines Police said it is up to the State Attorney's Office to decide whether they will charge him as an adult or juvenile.
