HOLLY WOOD (CBSMiami) — A Hollywood mother is facing a slew of charges for allegedly leaving her four children inside her car so that she could gamble at the Seminole Classic Casino.

Bianca Davis stood before Judge John Hurley Thursday morning.

"You're charged with battery on an officer. I count two, three, four, five neglecting a child without great bodily harm, count six resisting arrest," said Hurley.

The spokesperson for the Seminole Tribe said casino security spotted the four children, between the ages of 1 and 13, in a car in the casino parking lot around mid-day Wednesday.

After Seminole Police officers were alerted, Davis reportedly walked up to the car.

The spokesperson for the tribe said Davis told the investigating officer to move his police car so she could leave.

CBS4's Carey Codd was told that Davis then shoved the officer and they struggled.

Investigators said Davis was arrested at that point.

In court Thursday, Judge Hurley heard from Davis' husband.

"My children have never been neglected," he said.

Judge Hurley said the couple's children appeared well-fed and well-behaved.

"You have lovely children," said Hurley.

But Davis is accused of neglecting them so that she could play slots for at least an hour inside the casino.

The spokesperson for the tribe said there is surveillance video of Davis inside the casino, but that the video will not be released at this time.

The four kids were reportedly released to their father and that the Department of Children and Families was notified.
