Brad Kaaya, coming off a superb true freshman season after leading the ACC in touchdowns (26), yards per attempt (8.46), and passer rating (145.9), appears to be a legitimate Heisman trophy candidate next season. Kaaya's Heisman odds are a solid 33 to 1, with only 17 of the nation's finest listed ahead of him, according to early prop bets on Bovada.

Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott paces the country at 6 to 1. With uncertainty over who will start under center for the champion Buckeyes, a whopping three OSU quarterbacks in Cardale Jones (14 to 1), J.T. Barrett (16 to 1), and Braxton Miller (18 to 1) are in the top 13.

Kaaya broke Bernie Kosar's freshman school records in passing yards and touchdowns last year, but he'll face some steep challenges next season. Miami's offense will be without three dynamic weapons after losing Duke Johnson, Phillip Dorsett, and Clive Walford to the NFL, along with left tackle Ereck Flowers, a potential first-round pick.
