Teen Shot In Miami Neighborhood

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Miami Police are investigating a case where a teen had been shot on Wednesday afternoon.

Chopper 4 was over 1st Avenue and Northwest 77th Street.

Police said the 14-years old boy was shot in the arm. He was up and talking.

At the time of the shooting, he was with his brother who is 15-years old. His brother was the one who called the police.

The victim was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers are looking in the area to see if they can find a weapon or find people who knew what happened.

The teen's mother is at the scene trying to get her two sons to cooperate with police.
