MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- The world's largest Kia dealership is set to open this weekend near Sawgrass Mills.

Crews have been putting the finishing touches on it before they open their doors on Sunday.

CBS4's Rhiannon Ally got a special look inside with a duo that has become household names in South Florida.

It's five stories high, 260,000 sq.ft., making it the largest Kia dealership in the world, according to Rick and Rita Case.

It's been in the works for two years.

"It is a huge process and takes a long time. We're excited about the results." said Rick Case.

The couple has sixteen dealerships across the country with eight of them in Broward County. They employ 1,000 people, adding 150 to this location.

"South Florida is where we have most of our dealerships. South Florida is our home. The growth down here has been tremendous." said Rick Case.

The year 2014 was a good for the car business. Nearly 17 million cars were sold, making it a banner year for dealers.

Rick Case said experts said 2015 could be even better thanks to new technology and safety features.

The Case's said they'll continue to offer special incentives and rewards to customers, as they do at their other dealerships. Plus, all 600 cars are inside, so people can shop without the heat and rain to worry about.

The Kia dealership is located at Sunrise Blvd. just off the Sawgrass Expressway. It will open January 25th.

The Case's are also known for their philanthropy.

"We love Broward County. We've been here 30 years, raised our kids here and we believe in giving back." said Rick Case.

Rick is the co-chair for the 2015 Broward Heart Walk. The walk in April is expected to draw 10,000 people to raise money for the American Heart Association.
