Stocking-Stuffer Lottery Ticket Is Winner For Dog

OCOEE (CBSMiami/AP) — A Christmas tradition for a Florida man to buy Lottery tickets as stocking stuffers including for his dog, ended up with a hefty win.
And the dog, ended up with a $3 million winning ticket in his stocking this past Christmas.
Florida Lottery officials said Friday that Kelly decided to take a lump sum of $2.3 million for the winning ticket in the $600,000 Gold Rush Scratch-Off game.
The winning ticket was purchased at a Publix supermarket in Ocoee, a suburb of Orlando.
Florida Lottery officials didn't know the name of the dog.
