Man Accused Of Prowling Near Children

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Investigators with the Miami Police Department's Special Victims Unit are looking for other women or children who may have been preyed on by Damell Elliott.
Elliott, 39, reportedly drove around in his Honda Accord naked and touched himself while watching children walk to school.
Thus far, the victim, one woman sitting at a bus bench has come forward, according to police.
Elliott has been charged with one count of loitering and prowling.
