MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Another woman has come forward to say that comedian Bill Cosby drugged and raped her back in the 1970s.

Therese Serignese of Boca Raton said she was only 19-years old when she met Cosby in Las Vegas. She said they met at a show after party in 1976.

Serignese, who saw Cosby throughout the years, said she got married and moved on. As to why she's speaking up now, she has a message for him.

"I want an apology, that's what I want," said Serignese, "I want you to apologize to me, for hurting me, I want you to apologize for taking advantage."

Even though a number of women have accused him of sexual abuse, Cosby has never been charged. He faced a sexual assault lawsuit in 2005 where Serignese and 11 other women offered to testify that they too had been assaulted, but the case was settled out of court.

On Wednesday, the cable channel TV Land removed all references to "The Cosby Show" and NBC announced that it had dropped plans to work with Cosby on a new show.
