Key Largo Run To Close Section Of U.S. 1

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Drivers heading out of the Keys this weekend need to take note.
Saturday morning the northbound lanes of U.S. 1 at the Jewfish Creek Bridge will be closed for the Key Largo Bridge Run.
The section which will be closed is between mile marker 106 and mile marker 112. The closure will take place from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m.
During that period of time, northbound traffic will be diverted onto State Road 905 and Card Sound Road. Those who plan to travel northbound through this area should plan extra time for their trip.
